Position Summary:
Serve as a first point of contact to all team members for timely Benefit support.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first line contact for questions from team members, managers, executives and HR colleagues regarding HR procedures, processes and policies, with global consistency and local applicability
Benefit administration
- Work as a team in designing the annual open enrollment process, materials and presentations
- Work as a team in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs
- Maintain a solid level of knowledge on all benefits offered by bioMérieux
- Manage the leave processes and coordination
- Manage personal leave requests (i.e. volunteer, bereavement, jury duty, etc.)
- Manage dependent verification process, communications, and decisions
- Adhere to and meet all requirements of benefit compliance
- Maintain accurate team member data in the HRIS/Payroll databases
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
- Create/improve/maintain HR processes/projects
- All other duties as assigned
Studies and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of benefits administration experience required; or in lieu of
- Associate’s Degree with 7+ years of benefit administration experience required
