Nordic Logistic Referent

Are you a logistic, customer supply and process focused person ?

Do you want a job with responsibility in our Supply Chain, and in co-operation with our 3PL warehouse partner manage the daily flow of orders out to End customers and our Service engineer team.

We want you to be reliable and robust when urgencies occur. in order to ensure our In vitro diagnostics, a product range that  improves patient outcome, arrive at the customer location on time. Our team is ambitious continuously working on improving our supply chain processes, and our ambition is to become the preferred supplier meeting customer expectations.

The role

As Logistic referent, you will be responsible for the replenishment process of equipment and spareparts, inventory accuracy, relationship with carrier and warehouse staff as well as claim handling and prioritization of activities in case of delays. This demands an end to end oriented personality, self-driven and at the same time an engaged team member.

You will report to the Nordic Supply Chain Manager. We prefer that you are based in our office in Göteborg.

It is essential to have good knowledge from similar position within Nordic countries.


Your main Accountabilities

  • Weekly replenishment of Spareparts and Equipment in SAP.
  • Launch stock counts, manage returns and scrapping process.
  • Control inbound and outbound flows in SAP.
  • Maintains the solid partner/relationship with 3PL warehouse partner and carriers
  • Manage and process logistic claims, trend and identify improvements.
  • Manage the sparepart flow to service team, automatic stock fill up and urgencies.
  • Interface with corporate teams and be compliant with quality strategy.


Your skills and qualifications

  • Thorough experience in understanding logistic flows.
  • Ability to multitask, handling various requests.
  • Good understanding of the dynamic in a sales organization.
  • Customer oriented, strong service mind set and the ability to take own initiatives.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft applications and SAP.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
