Position Summary:

The "R&D Development Systems" entity, is made up of around 250 people, whose mission is to design, develop and provide support for commercial systems.
More specifically, Your role will be to participate in the support and development of the CLARION® solution, a secure cloud-based analytical solution that collects and integrates data from different sources. 
CLARION® provides a holistic view of collected lab and clinical data and translates that data into actionable insights visualized on easy-to-use dashboards.
The team is composed of around 15 people. 

Main Accountabilities:

Responsible for CLARION® Level 3 support (anomalies investigations) and interface between level 2 support (Global Customer Service) and level 4 support (Software Development) while respecting the procedures in place.
Participate in the development and implementation of small product evolutions.
To provide KPIs on the deployment of the solution.
To train CLARION® users.
To write service manuals
  
Studies, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a technical role supporting complex systems.

SQL knowledge mandatory, knowledge of PostgreSQL a plus

Experience with scripting languages preferably Python and Shell for Linux

Minimum knowledge of Software container

Knowledge in Kubernetes cluster preferred.

Healthcare data knowledge a plus (preferably in HL7 format)

Good leadership, communication skills and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Autonomous with good organization skills

Initiative

Ability to adapt and understand the bioMerieux industry.
